| Do you sihp WORLDWIDE? |
- Yes, we ship to WORLDWIDE for MOST of the case.
As long as you can find your country in the sign up form, we do ship to your country.

| What is the shipping fee? |
Unless or specify in the item description, all the items which is listed in the store will be shipped by:
- EMS Express or
- UPS Express or
- DHL or
- Fedex or
- Hong Kong Post Air Mail Registered
Shipping fee is depend on weight of items and destination. To calculate the shipping fee, please add the items to your shopping cart, then click to "CHECKOUT".
Remote area fee is NOT included (only for DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT shipment), for detail, please contact DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT for checking your zip code.

| How long does it take for my order to arrive? |
- Item is shipped from Hong Kong or China, depends on the items that your purhase.
Item will be shipped to you within 48hrs after received the payment.
(P.S. We only ship the item if and only if the payment is cleared).
- Shipment Time by EMS Express, UPS Express, DHL Express, Fedex or TNT:
Hong Kong: Less than 3 working days
Taiwan: Less than 4 working days
Rest of the world: 3-10 working days
- Shipment Time by EMS Express:
Hong Kong: Less than 5 working days
Taiwan: Less than 10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-15 working days
- Shipment Time by Air Mail Registered:
Hong Kong: Less than 3-5 working days
Taiwan: Less than 4-7 working days
Rest of the world: 10-45 working days, depends on your countries.
Shipment may takes up to 90 day due to delay in custom clearances, we will not responsible for the delay in this case. Proof of shipment can be provided if buyer need.

| RETURN POLICY: |
- We ONLY SELL BRAND NEW ITEMS. (unless specify in the item pages)
- It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without my approval will not be processed.
- All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return.
- The maximum acceptance date is 14 days upon arrival, with proper authorization; However, returns which exceeds 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund through the ORIGIONAL PAYMENT METHOD which buyer is used.
- Shipping & Handling charges CANNOT BE REFUNDED in anyway.
- All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.
- Buyer is responsible for the BOTH return and resending shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
